Restructured from flat .tex/.pdf files into per-paper subdirectories. Added Antje Worring as co-author on all papers. Synced PDFs to pdfs/ for download site.

431+ unit tests achieving full EVM explorer coverage. The Elixir test factory

(1,931 lines) has been ported to Go for regression testing.
