zeekayandHanzo Dev e2cb62c540 Restore the measured DEX campaign the merge had reverted
I resolved these files toward a June commit that called the billion-order figures
fabricated, and that commit was itself the mistaken one. The July campaign it
predates does not assert its numbers, it checks them: a GPU-versus-CPU parity run
matching exactly, 38,000,000 fills on both sides at 1,000,000 books, depth 32, 32
takers each, on hardware this estate owns.

It also names the error in the earlier framing. Consensus determinism was taken
to force a single-thread launch and forfeit the GPU. It does not: determinism
constrains ordering WITHIN a book and says nothing across books, so one thread
per book — each matching its taker stream in strict price-time priority,
bit-for-bit re-executable, millions of threads — saturates the accelerator with
every book deterministic.

Restored at the later versions across all 27 files: the accounting section, the
CLOB matcher, lightspeed-dex, lp-306, lp-308, lp-137, p3q-corona, the precompile
engineering sections and the FHE orderbook application. Paper builds, 23 pages,
no errors.

\title{P3Q Corona Kind:\\
Module-LWE Threshold Verify on the Unified Precompile Slot}

\begin{abstract}
LP-218 introduces P3Q at EVM slot \texttt{0x012205} as the
PQ-verifier family for rollup-batch authentication, specifying the
unified kind-byte dispatch ABI and the first verifier
kind~$0x01$ (Pulsar / FIPS-204 ML-DSA-65 threshold). This paper specifies \emph{kind $0x02$ Corona}: a Module-LWE
threshold verifier built on the two-round Corona construction
(eprint 2024/1113). The shared P3Q framework --- the unified slot,
the kind-byte dispatch ABI, and the \texttt{P3QVerifier}
registration interface --- is specified in LP-219; this paper
gives Corona's wire layout and its gas calibration
(\SI{5000000}{gas}). Corona reduces to Module-LWE (Ringtail/Raccoon
lineage). It shares the Module-LWE \emph{hardness family} with Pulsar
(LP-223) but is a distinct scheme at a distinct parameter set: the
dual-lattice posture forces an adversary to break \emph{both}
constructions --- strictly stronger than either alone, though
\emph{not} hardness-family-disjoint, since both reduce to Module-LWE.
Cross-family independence comes only from Magnetar's hash-collision
assumption (LP-222). Corona is the Module-LWE parameter-diversity leg of
the LP-217 PQ-strict posture. We also
place Corona in the DEX rollup settlement pipeline: per-market fill
batches roll up to the Z-Chain and are verified on a two-rung ladder
--- a kind~$0x01$ ML-DSA-65 attestation rung (measured
$\sim$\num{4714} verifies/s) and a \texttt{starkfri} STARK/FRI
validity rung (LP-221, measured $\sim$\num{986}/s on a toy AIR) ---
with Corona as the optional Module-LWE second leg for value-bearing
markets and bundled $K\times V\times\text{markets}$ settlement. GPU
dispatch is projected, not measured. Corona's threshold library has
landed (\texttt{corona v0.10.x}; the dedicated Corona precompile at
\texttt{0x012206} is wired); the \emph{P3Q-family} kind-$0x02$ dispatch
entry at \texttt{0x012205} remains reserved and returns \texttt{abiFalse}
via \texttt{ErrKindNotImplemented} until that dispatch is wired.
