Every rendered "T-Chain" / "ThresholdVM" / "teleportvm" reference across the paper corpus is rewritten to the correct canonical chain by concern: threshold signing / MPC / bridge custody / key recovery -> M-Chain (MVM); FHE / encrypted compute / threshold decryption -> F-Chain (FVM); teleport / cross-chain messaging -> B-Chain (bridgevm); consensus Pulsar stays Q-Chain. Section lux-trust-kernel/03-t-chain-threshold-governance.tex renamed -> 03-f-chain-encrypted-policy.tex (with \input + xref fixes). Braided "T-Chain" sections split by concern (M vs F). Only lp-020's chain-separation rationale and the shared lux/chains/thresholdvm library path retain the name, to record the removal. All changed papers rebuilt (pdflatex, rc=0, no undefined refs). ยง09 of lux-dao-governance-framework reframed: fabricated "production deployment" metrics ($50M/$240k/$12M, survey %s, "as of Oct 2024") relabeled as illustrative design configurations with no invented replacements; reality noted (DAO treasury is a 1/1 Safe); conclusion echo + one "first production" overclaim softened. This commit also captures concurrent corpus workstreams on the same tree. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>

\section{Namespace 1 -- TypeKind byte}
\label{sec:typekind}
The TypeKind byte (also called the ``schema ID'') is byte 0 of every
ZAP envelope on the wire. It identifies the top-level message type
and selects the per-TypeKind ShapeKind table (\S\ref{sec:shapekind}).
LP-022 defines the framing; LP-200 layers the discriminator on top;
LP-300 owns the allocations.
The 256-byte space is partitioned into six blocks by allocator-LP.
Reserved ranges in between are held for future expansion and MUST
NOT be allocated except by an LP-300 amendment.
\subsection{Consensus-wire block (LP-182, \texttt{0x01--0x0F})}
LP-182 owns the 14-row consensus-wire block. These envelopes carry
QuasarCerts, blocks, witness proofs, and the per-leg signatures
that compose the cert.

\subsection{Broad protocol reserve (\texttt{0x10--0xBF})}
The largest contiguous reserve in the TypeKind space -- 176 bytes --
held for future protocol-level allocations. No LP owns this range
today. Likely landing zones, none committed, are future chain-internal
schemas analogous to LP-182, future P2P transport primitives analogous
to LP-201, and future signed-tx envelope variants. Any consuming LP
that wants to land here MUST open an LP-300 amendment first.

\subsection{Chains-VM block (LP-186, \texttt{0xC0--0xCF})}
LP-186 owns the 12 chains-VM wire types plus 4 reserves. Each row
delegates the per-VM ShapeKind table to the owning chains-VM
specification.

degenerate at the ShapeKind level -- one TypeKind, one shape -- so

no separate ShapeKind table is needed for this block.

\subsection{Mempool / 2PC / rollup block (\texttt{0xE0--0xEF})}
The most-contested block in the corpus. Three LPs originally claimed
overlapping bytes here; LP-300 resolves the contention per the
LP-214 canonical handoff (\S\ref{sec:conflicts}). The final
allocation: LP-208 takes \texttt{0xE0..0xE1}, LP-211 takes
\texttt{0xE2..0xE7}, LP-218 takes \texttt{0xE8..0xEF} (shifted from
prior \texttt{0xE0..0xE3} claim). LP-219 reuses LP-211's
\texttt{0xE2..0xE7} at the rollup tier as a ShapeKind-level
extension (TxKind \texttt{0x44}), not a TypeKind-level reclamation.
