A user who suspects the server is lying:

height $h$ and computes $r_{\text{local}} = \text{SHA-256}(\text{snapshot})$.

\item Compares: $r_{\text{local}} = r_{\text{chain}}$ implies state

integrity at height $h$.

\item If $r_{\text{local}} \neq r_{\text{chain}}$, the server diverged

from the anchored state. The user holds cryptographic evidence

of tampering.
