\title{Reference Implementation Pointers}

\begin{document}

\maketitle
All reference implementations are at the canonical Go repos under
\verb|github.com/luxfi/|. Every repo carries the freeze tag
\verb|v0.1.0-rc1-pq-consensus-freeze| (Mar-3, 2026). The implementation is
the byte oracle; where this submission and the implementation disagree, the
implementation is the tiebreaker.

\section{How to clone and verify}
\begin{verbatim}
git clone https://github.com/luxfi/pulsar && cd pulsar
git checkout v0.1.0-rc1-pq-consensus-freeze
go test -count=1 -short ./...
./scripts/regen-kats.sh --verify
\end{verbatim}
The five core test suites (Pulsar, Lens, Threshold, Consensus, Warp 2.0) all
pass on the freeze tag. KAT regen is byte-equal across runs.
\section{Audit status}
The audit (\verb|papers/AUDIT.pdf|) cites the proof bucket \verb|proofs/| as
the formal-verification companion. Lean mechanizations cover Pulsar SUF-CMA,
reshare correctness, triple consensus (BLS + Pulsar + ML-DSA), and BFT
safety/liveness/finality. TLA+ and Tamarin models pass.
