zooqueen a1f77cacc9 papers: retire boschini2024corona key -> ringtail (third-party prior art); fix Pulsar/Corona/Ringtail provenance + lattice labels
Ringtail (Boschini et al., ePrint 2024/1113) is third-party prior art; Lux's
Corona (Ring-LWE = Module-LWE rank-1) builds on it; Pulsar is Module-LWE rank-k.
Retired the conflated boschini2024corona/corona2024/coronago/... bib keys to the
single canonical ringtail/corona/pulsar/magnetar keys, rewrote \cite + \bibitem
by context, and fixed 'Pulsar (Ring-LWE)' mislabels (Corona where corona.metal/
single-ring/Ringtail-derived; Pulsar where Module-LWE rank-k/ML-DSA). Cryptographer-led.

\section{Post-Quantum Security}
\subsection{Corona Threshold Signatures}
Corona provides quantum resistance based on lattice problems \cite{corona}:
\begin{table}[h]
\centering
\begin{tabular}{@{}ll@{}}
\toprule
\textbf{Parameter} & \textbf{Value} \\
\midrule
Lattice Dimension & 1024 \\
Security Level & 128-bit post-quantum \\
Ring Modulus & $2^{32} - 5$ \\
Error Distribution & Gaussian $\sigma = 3.2$ \\
Share Size & ~1KB \\
Combination Time & 7ms (15-of-21) \\
\bottomrule
\end{tabular}
\label{tab:corona-params}
\end{table}
\subsection{Two-Round Protocol}
\textbf{Round 1: Share Generation}
\begin{align}
\text{share}_i &= \text{Lattice-Sign}(sk_i, message) \\
\text{time} &\approx 48\text{ms (network-bound)}
\end{align}
\textbf{Round 2: Share Combination}
\begin{align}
\sigma &= \text{Combine}(\{\text{share}_i\}_{i \in S}), \quad |S| \geq t \\
\text{time} &\approx 7\text{ms (computation)}
\end{align}
