A July commit removed eight papers on the premise "no license — DEX/non-custodial only". That premise is wrong: Lux operates an ATS, a broker-dealer, a transfer agent and a bank, and this material is resold at lux.financial. The merge that brought main in preserved the removal because the commit stated a reason, which is how a stale reason outlives the fact it rested on. Back, at the versions main carried — main never received the removal, so its copies are the later ones: the ATS architecture, the security-token standard, smart order routing, institutional custody, MPC custody, post-quantum securities, the SSB partnership and the CoinBridge brief. 83 files. \section{Conclusion}

The Lux Security Token Standard represents the natural evolution of the Arca \texttt{st-contracts} architecture from 2018. By combining ERC-1400 partitioned security tokens with dynamic compliance oracles, MPC threshold controllers, and post-quantum cryptographic precompiles, the standard eliminates the security and architectural limitations of first-generation security token implementations while preserving full regulatory compliance.

The standard is deployed on Lux EVM and serves as the token layer for the non-custodial ATS described in \cite{lux-ats-architecture}. Transfer restrictions are enforced in coordination with the transfer agent registry \cite{lux-transfer-agent}, and securities are routable through the smart order router \cite{lux-smart-order-routing}.
