zeekayandHanzo Dev 178febad68 papers: reconcile T-Chain -> M-Chain / F-Chain / B-Chain per LP-134
Every rendered "T-Chain" / "ThresholdVM" / "teleportvm" reference across
the paper corpus is rewritten to the correct canonical chain by concern:
threshold signing / MPC / bridge custody / key recovery -> M-Chain (MVM);
FHE / encrypted compute / threshold decryption -> F-Chain (FVM); teleport
/ cross-chain messaging -> B-Chain (bridgevm); consensus Pulsar stays
Q-Chain. Section lux-trust-kernel/03-t-chain-threshold-governance.tex
renamed -> 03-f-chain-encrypted-policy.tex (with \input + xref fixes).
Braided "T-Chain" sections split by concern (M vs F). Only lp-020's
chain-separation rationale and the shared lux/chains/thresholdvm library
path retain the name, to record the removal. All changed papers rebuilt
(pdflatex, rc=0, no undefined refs).

ยง09 of lux-dao-governance-framework reframed: fabricated "production
deployment" metrics ($50M/$240k/$12M, survey %s, "as of Oct 2024")
relabeled as illustrative design configurations with no invented
replacements; reality noted (DAO treasury is a 1/1 Safe); conclusion
echo + one "first production" overclaim softened.

This commit also captures concurrent corpus workstreams on the same tree.

\section{Token Supply Model}
\label{sec:supply}
\begin{quote}
\textbf{Canonical model (2026 update, supersedes this section).} The production
Lux token economics is a \emph{fixed} supply: the C-Chain (EVM 96369) supply is
exactly $2\times10^{12}$ LUX (2 trillion), set at genesis
(\texttt{SupplyCap}~$=2\cdot\text{TeraLux}$), with \textbf{no further minting on
the C-Chain ever}. The 2T divides into two equal $10^{12}$ halves --- the Lux DAO
(locked, 100-year unlock) and the Fair Launch (public NFT distribution plus
network buckets). Fifty percent of every transaction fee is burned, so supply is
monotone non-increasing. The team allocation ($10^{11}$ LUX) is a \emph{separate}
platform-chain (P/X) mint, consolidated to the EVM under a 100-year timelock and
offset by an equal C-Chain burn to preserve the 2T invariant. The declining
issuance schedule below is retired; validator rewards are funded from the fee
share and reward buckets, not new emission. See LP-055 (canonical tokenomics) and
LP-080 (on-chain split). The remainder of this section is preserved for the
historical/academic emission analysis only.

\subsection{Initial Distribution}
The Lux token (LUX) has a genesis supply of $S_0 = 500{,}000{,}000$ tokens distributed according to the allocation in Table~\ref{tab:distribution}.

\end{table}
\subsection{Supply Dynamics}
Let $S_t$ denote the circulating supply at epoch $t$, $R_t$ the rewards emitted, $B_t$ the tokens burned from fees, and $V_t$ the tokens vested from locked allocations. The supply evolves as:
\begin{equation}\label{eq:supply}
S_{t+1} = S_t + R_t + V_t - B_t
\end{equation}
\begin{definition}[Net Emission Rate]
The net emission rate at epoch $t$ is defined as $\eta_t = (R_t + V_t - B_t) / S_t$. The network is deflationary when $\eta_t < 0$.
\end{definition}
The vesting schedule $V_t$ is deterministic and decays to zero after all allocations unlock. The reward emission $R_t$ follows a decreasing schedule defined in Section~\ref{sec:staking}. The burn $B_t$ depends on transaction volume. The design target is $\eta_t < 0$ once vesting completes and network utilization exceeds a threshold.
\subsection{Maximum Supply and Asymptotic Behavior}
\begin{theorem}[Bounded Supply]\label{thm:bounded}
Under the reward schedule defined in equation~\eqref{eq:reward_schedule} and assuming transaction volume grows at rate $g > 0$ per epoch, the total supply $S_t$ never exceeds the protocol hard cap $S_{\max} = 2{,}000{,}000{,}000{,}000$ LUX (two trillion, fixed at genesis) and, under this emission schedule, converges to a stable equilibrium $S^* \ll S_{\max}$ as $t \to \infty$.
\end{theorem}
\begin{proof}
The reward emission $R_t = R_0 \cdot \alpha^t$ with decay factor $\alpha \in (0,1)$ forms a geometric series with sum $R_0 / (1 - \alpha)$. Vesting $V_t$ is finite and terminates at epoch $T_v$. The schedule's cumulative emission asymptote is:
\begin{equation}
S_{\infty} = S_0 + \sum_{t=0}^{\infty} R_t + \sum_{t=0}^{T_v} V_t = S_0 + \frac{R_0}{1-\alpha} + V_{\text{total}}
\end{equation}
With $R_0 = 5{,}000{,}000$, $\alpha = 0.97$, and $V_{\text{total}} = 175{,}000{,}000$, we get $S_{\infty} \approx 720{,}000{,}000$ LUX --- three orders of magnitude below the $S_{\max} = 2 \times 10^{12}$ LUX genesis hard cap, so the cap never binds under this schedule. Since $B_t > 0$ for all $t$ with positive transaction volume, the actual supply $S_t < S_{\infty} < S_{\max}$ for all $t$. For the convergence, observe that $R_t \to 0$ while $B_t$ grows with transaction volume, so there exists $t^*$ such that $B_t > R_t + V_t$ for all $t > t^*$, after which $S_t$ is strictly decreasing and bounded below by zero. The sequence converges by the monotone convergence theorem.
\end{proof}
