Both papers now lead with the standard luxcover Eames-minimal cover
(black background, small triangle, centered title, author, affiliation,
date). Identical treatment to the rest of the Lux research catalogue
so partners receiving these as separate PDFs see consistent house style.
Also tidies one dangling \ref{sec:domsep} in pqsafe-il5: inlined the
three canonical context strings (MANIFEST-SIG-v1, DEK-WRAP-v1,
CHUNK-AEAD-v1) instead of pointing at a section that was never written.
