typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler, so this is a pin and not a second toolchain. next 16 reads its JavaScript API and is fine with it. 1 diagnostic before and after, the generated paper catalog the prebuild step writes. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
