\section{Performance}

All benchmarks are from the \texttt{luxfi/fhe} library running on a
single core (Apple M4 Max, 4.05 GHz).

8-bit encrypted comparison & 108 ms & CMPCOMBINE \\

Encrypted order match & 47 ms & Price + quantity compare \\

Threshold partial decrypt & 0.3 ms & Per-party, $n{=}7$ \\

Lagrange reconstruction & 0.1 ms & $t{=}3$ shares \\

Threshold decryption adds negligible overhead compared to the
homomorphic computation: partial decryption is a single inner product
($O(N)$ multiplications), and Lagrange reconstruction is $O(t^2)$
field operations.
