zeekayandHanzo Dev a2c6bc59a0 calibrate: a rounding collision between two centroids pools rather than picks
The tie fix landed with only half of it pinned. pava pools tied scores, and a
test proves it; the dedup that follows pools two blocks whose centroids ROUND to
one score, and nothing proved that — reintroducing the last-wins pick left every
test green.

The collision is not exotic: round6 collapses anything inside 5e-7 and a decision
score is round4'd before it arrives, so two blocks that differ in the ninth place
are one place on the map. Keeping either endpoint states a probability the pooled
evidence does not support — 2-in-10 under, 8-in-10 over, and the map says 0.8
where the rows say 0.5.
