typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler, so this is a pin and not a second toolchain. TS7 reports a side-effect css import as TS2882, so src/vite-env.d.ts now references vite/client for the ambient asset modules; that is neutral on 5.9.3. ui tsc -b over 13 files: 0 diagnostics before and after.
