Vite + React 19 + wouter hash router, 5 pages (Dashboard, Cases, Rules, Alerts, Sanctions). Served at /_/aml/ via go:embed. ~220KB dist. Adds POST /v1/aml/sanctions/search endpoint + SanctionsStore.
