Describes how callers (bankd, exchange, payments) plug into amld: sanctions / PEP / adverse-media schemas, velocity + threshold rule DSL, customer risk tiers as KYCLevel + RiskScore, the synchronous /v1/aml/transactions hook contract, and the signed webhook + case-management surface for human review. Vendor-neutral throughout — describes the data model and ingest contract, not any particular commercial provider.
