git.hanzo.ai is the canonical home and GitHub the mirror; the image build runs on
our own native runner, never GitHub's. The sovereign registry copy at
oci.hanzo.ai is added as a best-effort-loud step: it authenticates against Hanzo
IAM (a different credential from ghcr), and until that credential is provisioned
the step announces the skip rather than failing the release or silently dropping
the copy. ghcr.io/luxfi/aml carries the credentialed build today; oci becomes the
canonical target once its IAM registry credential lands.
