The window query and the schema now share one declaration, and the tenant
predicate comes from the reader rather than from the filter string. Adds the
first test of the durable side of history: a window is bounded by the
subject, by the event date and by the org, and each of those fails the same
way when it is wrong — fewer events than there were.
