Compile with TypeScript 7

typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler, so the move is a catalog pin and no
second toolchain. app/bridge3 reports the same three diagnostics on 5.7.2 and
on 7.0.2 (a vite config overload and two in a dependency's types), so nothing
about what this code is told changed.
