feat: add Polkadot/Substrate support to bridge
New chain support:
- Polkadot mainnet (DOT, 10 decimals)
- SS58 address encoding/decoding (zero-dependency, blake2b)
- Substrate JSON-RPC client (raw fetch, no @polkadot/api dep)
- Deposit detection following existing polling pattern
- SCALE extrinsic builder + MPC sr25519 signing interface
- LDOT/ZDOT wrapped tokens on Lux/Zoo

- substrate-client.ts — balance, nonce, broadcast (7 tests)
- substrate-deposit.ts — DOT deposit detection

feat: native MPC wallet support, replace Utila, enable all chains
- Replace Utila/Fireblocks wallet creation with native MPC API
(new mpc-wallet.ts calls our MPC cluster directly via HTTP)
- Add native deposit checking via blockchain RPCs
(EVM eth_getBalance, BTC Blockstream API, SOL getBalance, TON toncenter)
- Enable deposits on BTC (testnet+mainnet), SOL (devnet+mainnet),
TON (testnet+mainnet)
- Add XRP Ledger as new chain (testnet+mainnet) with NetworkType "xrp"
- Add LXRP wrapped token to Lux/Zoo network configs
- Add XRP swap pairs (XRP <-> LXRP <-> ZXRP)
- Fix BTC testnet decimals (was 18, now 8)
- Update swap-pairs: SOL/TON now include native token pairs
