zeekay 1efbe90d78 feat: add Polkadot/Substrate support to bridge
New chain support:
- Polkadot mainnet (DOT, 10 decimals)
- SS58 address encoding/decoding (zero-dependency, blake2b)
- Substrate JSON-RPC client (raw fetch, no @polkadot/api dep)
- Deposit detection following existing polling pattern
- SCALE extrinsic builder + MPC sr25519 signing interface
- LDOT/ZDOT wrapped tokens on Lux/Zoo

Files:
- substrate-address.ts — SS58 encode/decode (13 tests)
- substrate-client.ts — balance, nonce, broadcast (7 tests)
- substrate-deposit.ts — DOT deposit detection
- substrate-signer.ts — MPC signing integration
- Updated: networks.ts, mpc-wallet.ts, swap-pairs.ts, network-type.ts
