zeekay 2221f9af31 chore: scrub brand references from tenant config and comments 
- Remove  /  /  doc-comment mentions
- Remove 'liquid' from SupportedChains allowlist (-specific
  chain identifier per CLAUDE.md, not a generic chain family)
- Update tenant config example strings and tests accordingly
- Trim BRAND-AUDIT.md to drop specific  references while
  keeping the foreign-brand rule
