luxd v1.34.x serves chain RPC at /v1/bc/*; /ext/bc/* 404s. Flip the
DIRECT-luxd references: the B-Chain (BridgeVM) and T-Chain (ThresholdVM)
JSON-RPC endpoints (constructed as nodeURL + /ext/bc/{B,T}/rpc, hitting
luxd's non-public VMs directly), the in-cluster explorer C-chain svc URL,
and their doc comments/examples.
Public-gateway URLs (api.*.network C/P/X, blastapi) are left as /ext --
the public gateway still accepts /ext externally (non-breaking).
