zeekay 5c00959daa feat: enable LUX<>ZOO bridging, 0% in / 1% out fees, pod hardening ...

- Enable deposits for native LUX and ZOO currencies on both chains
- Fee model: 0% deposit, 1% withdrawal (MPC wallet accumulates fees)
- Add securityContext to bridge MPC nodes: non-root, read-only rootfs,
  drop ALL capabilities, seccomp RuntimeDefault
- Add /tmp emptyDir for read-only rootfs compatibility
