zeekayandHanzo Dev 34226894ca zkvm: say why the PLONK precompile accepts nothing 
The reason is the property, not a version that had it wrong: a verifier that
does not evaluate the statement is not a verifier, since it would accept any
well-formed blob. The equation is unimplemented here, so this accepts nothing.
