Bylines, paper authorship, correspondence addresses and the founder blurb under
each post named an individual. They name the organisation that published the
work instead: the brand on posts and pages, the research byline on papers, and
research@ in place of a personal address. Both are what these repositories
already used elsewhere — nothing new was coined.
Co-authors are untouched. Where a paper named someone else alongside, they stay
named; only the one byline changed. Bibliography entries, running heads,
PDF metadata and affiliations move with it, so a citation still resolves to
whoever the cited paper names.
Sample and fixture data uses the placeholder name these tests already use
elsewhere, so no assertion changed meaning.

- Introduce config/cert_policy.go: single CertPolicy record (Mode +
Variant + TimeoutMs + Fallback) collapses three knobs from LP-217 /
LP-202 / LP-204 into one operator-facing struct. Validated at chain
genesis; refuses launch when invalid. Distinct from PQMode enum
(pq_mode.go) — CertPolicy is the deployment knob, PQMode is the
protocol-level identifier.
- Add config/cert_policy_test.go and config/bench_cert_policy_test.go
covering validation matrix + fallback-tier degradation contract.
- PQModeFromEnv: drop legacy LUX_CONSENSUS_PQ_MODE fallback per the
"one canonical, unprefixed name" directive. CONSENSUS_PQ_MODE is the
only honoured env var.
- engine/pq/consensus.go: minor follow-up wiring.
- paper/* + PQ-GPU-AUDIT.md + README.md: align prose with CertPolicy
framing and unprefixed env names.
