Removes Corona references from docs, Rust SDK type names, Python
SDK signature scheme tags, and the audit ledger. Corona is the
canonical name for the R-LWE threshold primitive in the Quasar
consensus stack alongside Pulsar (Module-LWE) and Magnetar (hash).
Rust changes: rename corona_sig → corona_sig, corona_pubkey →
corona_pubkey, collect_corona_signatures → collect_corona_signatures.
Python changes: rename SIG_CORONA → SIG_CORONA.

absolute-novelty rule). Cross-ref: github.com/lux-private/patents/bundles/
Verified every protocol/*.go against its doc.go. Fixed all inaccuracies:
- README.md: rewrote to match actual code; removed bogus SDK claims
(C/Rust/C++ stubs presented as "100% test parity"), impossible
benchmark numbers (0.33ns Quasar Phase I = sub-clock-cycle), stale
version badge (v1.22.0 vs actual v1.22.84), wrong protocol
descriptions (nebula as "state sync", nova as "parallel chain"),
missing protocols (ray, field not listed)
- doc.go: stripped AI fiction (QZMQ, shared hallucinations, AI-powered
validation, Dilithium/Kyber naming), replaced with accurate Quasar
family description
- LLM.md: stripped 40KB of old session logs down to essential reference;
accurate protocol table, honest SDK status, measured benchmarks only
- docs/index.mdx: fixed nebula/nova labels, removed impossible benchmark
- protocol/nebula/doc.go: fixed "consensus utils" typo
Migrate from deprecated @hanzo/mdx + @hanzo/ui to the new
@hanzo/docs (16.4.1), @hanzo/docs-mdx (14.2.8), and
@hanzo/docs-ui (16.5.3) package stack. Update all import paths
to use correct subpath exports and switch CLI from hanzo-mdx
to docs-mdx.
Consolidate to single @hanzo/docs package with subpath exports:
- @hanzo/docs/core/* for core functionality
- @hanzo/docs/ui/* for UI components
- @hanzo/docs/mdx/* for MDX processing
Uses hanzo-docs CLI instead of fumadocs-mdx for build commands.
Use Hanzo's own documentation framework fork for better integration
with existing @hanzo/ui components and consistent theming.
- Replace fumadocs-core with @hanzo/docs-core
- Replace fumadocs-ui with @hanzo/docs-ui
- Replace fumadocs-mdx with @hanzo/docs-mdx

BREAKING CHANGE: Package paths have been reorganized for clarity
## Major Changes
### Package Structure
- Collapsed engine/core → engine (removed unnecessary nesting)
- Moved core/types → types (top-level types package)
- Added root facade for single-import experience
- Removed redundant factory.go
### SDK Improvements
All SDKs now provide single-import interfaces:
- Go: import "github.com/luxfi/consensus"
- Python: import lux_consensus as consensus
- Rust: use lux_consensus::*
### Documentation
- Added comprehensive introduction and architecture docs
- Created AI/ML integration guide for researchers
- Added research section with papers and experiments
- Improved sidebar organization and discoverability
### Benefits
- Shallow, obvious import paths
- One responsibility per package
- DRY, composable, orthogonal design
- Idiomatic patterns for each language
- Consistent API across all SDKs
This refactor provides a clean, intuitive developer experience where
one import is enough and things work one way only.
BUG FOUND: User caught that Rust benchmarks were reporting impossible 6.6B votes/sec
ROOT CAUSE:
- Benchmark used `(0..size as u8)` which caps at 255 iterations
- When size=10000, only processed 255 votes but claimed 10,000
- Throughput calculation: 10,000 / 1.5μs = 6.6B votes/sec (FAKE!)
THE FIX:
- Changed to `(0..size)` with `(i % 256) as u8` for voter IDs
- Now actually processes all 10,000 votes
REAL CORRECTED NUMBERS:
- Single vote: 609ns (was 639ns)
- Single block: 601ns (was 611ns)
- Batch 1K votes: 51μs @ 20M/sec (was 13μs @ 78M/sec - FAKE)
- Batch 10K votes: 606μs @ 16.5M/sec (was 1.5μs @ 6.6B/sec - FAKE!)
Performance "regressed" 99.7% when we fixed the bug:
- Before (fake): 6.6 billion votes/sec
- After (real): 16.5 million votes/sec
Rust is still fastest SDK (16.5M vs Python 1.6M, C 21K, Go 8.5K),
but not the ridiculous "6.6 billion" we falsely claimed.
Credit: User caught the impossible numbers and demanded investigation.
- Added missing SDK pages to staticPages array: python, rust, cpp, mlx
- Fixed MDX parsing errors in cpp.mdx and rust.mdx:
* Wrapped function signatures containing HTML-like syntax in backticks
* Fixed <uint16_t>, <const>, Result<()> being interpreted as HTML tags
- All SDK pages now generate correctly and are accessible
- Verified mlx.html, python.html, rust.html, cpp.html, go.html, c.html all build
Fixes: /docs/sdk/mlx returning 404

Related: Updated @hanzo/ui peer dependencies to support Next 16 and React 19
(changes in ~/work/hanzo/ui/pkg/ui/package.json - not committed here)
Fixed the fumadocs-mdx v12 API compatibility issue by updating
generateStaticParams to use the correct docs.getPages() method
instead of the non-existent docs.generateParams().
The build now starts successfully, though it's taking longer than
expected (4+ minutes at "Creating an optimized production build" phase).
Updated DOCS_STATUS.md to track progress and document the situation.
- Add file verification after compilation
- Add object file existence checks
- Add verbose output for debugging CI failures
- Check object files before linking
This should help diagnose and fix C library build failures in CI.
