zeekay 94a08157bc fix: remove all test skips - enable full test coverage
Removed all test shortcuts and WIP markers:
- Removed testing.Short() skips (3 instances)
- Removed AI integration WIP skips (2 instances)
- Fixed BFT comm tests (removed //go:build ignore)
- Fixed syntax errors from skip removals

Changes:
- test/integration/randomized_test.go: Enable scale tests
- test/integration/e2e_test.go: Enable E2E server tests
- test/e2e/cross_language_test.go: Enable cross-language tests
- test/integration/integration_test.go: Enable AI tests
- engine/bft/comm_test.go: Enable BFT comm (basic test)
- engine/bft/benchmark_test.go: Fix package name (simplex)

Test Results:
- All packages: ✅ PASS (no skips)
- E2E tests: ✅ Running (59.575s)
- Integration tests: ✅ Running (3.104s)
- Scale tests: ✅ Enabled
- BFT tests: ✅ Running

No more 'short mode' - everything runs for real now.
100% real consensus implementations, no stubs, no skips.
