The image lane runs where the runners are

This never built. The workflow lived in .hanzo/workflows, which GitHub does not
read, and the forge does not carry this repository — so a v* tag published
nothing and the newest image on ghcr predates the gateway by two weeks. luxfi's
runners are self-hosted and registered against GitHub; the pool is
lux-build-linux-amd64, which is what every other luxfi image is built on. Same
lane as luxfi/node, and still never a GitHub-hosted builder.
