dex's dep graph pulls github.com/hanzos3/go-sdk, but the Dockerfile GOPRIVATE listed only luxfi+hanzoai, so CI routed hanzos3 through proxy.golang.org+sumdb and the build failed (private repo, no proxy access) — even though go.sum was correct. Expanded GOPRIVATE to all our private orgs (luxfi/hanzoai/hanzos3/zooai/parsdao/lux-private), matching the working local env. This was the real v1.8.0/v1.8.1 build blocker; the go.sum poison was a separate, already-fixed issue.
