zeekay fae0efeb1b chore: normalize naming to LX across codebase
Apply consistent naming conventions throughout:
- Standardize product name to "LX" in documentation
- Update README files and API documentation
- Apply linter fixes to all source files
- Update Hummingbot connector documentation

• Process multiple order books simultaneously
• Pipeline stages for continuous throughput
• No context switching overhead
2. DETERMINISTIC LATENCY
• Fixed clock cycles for matching
• No GC pauses or OS interrupts
• Predictable sub-microsecond response
3. DIRECT NETWORK ACCESS
• Bypass entire Linux network stack
• Process packets in hardware
• 800 Gbps throughput possible
4. CUSTOM LOGIC
• Implement exact matching algorithm in silicon
• Hardware-accelerated fixed-point arithmetic
• Zero-copy from network to matching engine
5. DAISY CHAIN ARCHITECTURE
• Connect multiple FPGAs in mesh/ring
