zeekay 3ea7542a2a fix: remove racy non-atomic write to LastOrderID in AddOrder ...

atomic.AddUint64 already stores the incremented value. The plain write
back on the next line raced with concurrent AddOrder goroutines,
causing duplicate order IDs under load (detected by -race).
