zeekay a25c96d2db dex: cmd/dvenue-cpu (free pure-Go CPU venue daemon) + use zapdb not badgerdb ...

NEW cmd/dvenue-cpu: //go:build dchain (no cgo) — the FREE pure-Go CPU D-Chain venue daemon
(drives dchain.VM's CPU matcher; builds CGO=0; published as ghcr.io/luxfi/dchain:cpu). The
cgo cmd/dvenue stays the LICENSED GPU venue (//go:build dchain && cgo). Both now open the DB
via github.com/luxfi/database/zapdb (NOT badgerdb directly — per the zapdb-only rule).
