zeekay 35cca7bd65 fix(docs): root-level routes — docs.lux.network/dex not /docs/dex ...

- Change baseUrl from /docs to /
- Move catch-all route from app/docs/[[...slug]] to app/(docs)/[...slug]
- Landing page at app/(home)/page.tsx
- All routes now at root: /dex, /hsm, /cli, /wallet, etc.
- Update all internal MDX links from /docs/... to /...
- 353 pages, all routes verified
