- Update vm dependency to v1.0.18
- Remove internal log package in favor of luxfi/log
- Migrate prometheus to gatherer package

zeekay 43b27407b0 Fix EVM build with consensus package updates 
- Add replace directives for local consensus, node, and vms packages
- Add SendAppGossipSpecific method to AppSenderAdapter
- Add verify_db utility to verify pebbledb data integrity

This enables building the EVM package with the updated consensus
interfaces and provides a tool to verify Zoo mainnet pebbledb data.
