zeekay 05985252ba test: fix catastrophic compilation failures and remove some t.Skip() calls ...

- Fixed all API mismatches with geth package
- Fixed StartPrefetcher calls (3 params instead of 2)
- Fixed SetCode calls to handle return values
- Added proper tracing imports and parameters
- Fixed validator interface implementations
- Fixed 6 t.Skip() calls, 88 remain for compatibility issues
- EVM now compiles successfully
