- Added warp_adapter.go to bridge between consensus and node types
- Fixed imports to use luxfi packages instead of go-ethereum or ava-labs
- Updated to use lp118 protocol
- Fixed AppError types and warp backend integration
- Adapted block types between consensus and node packages
