zeekay 7faba1706e Fix EVM module compatibility issues ...

- Remove adapter pattern per user request
- Use correct types directly from consensus and node packages
- Fix imports to use proper luxfi packages (no go-ethereum or ava-labs)
- Update to use lp118 protocol (not acp118)
- Fix logger type mismatches between consensus and luxfi/log
- Fix chain.Block interface compatibility between protocol/chain and vms/components/chain
- Create proper wrappers for warp backend integration
- Update all version references to v1.13.4-lux.N format
- Fix consensus State constants and imports
- Remove engine_adapter.go and warp_adapter.go
- Implement correct interfaces without adapters
