In the sequential execution fallback, check for a registered TransactionExecutor (revm/cevm) and dispatch through it before falling through to the default geth interpreter. Logs active backend on first block when a non-default backend is present. Also fix blockstm.go import cycle by injecting TxApplyFunc instead of referencing core package symbols directly.
