zeekay a8bbb7d2d4 fix: default DurangoTimestamp and use unique standalone DB paths per chain ...

- Default DurangoTimestamp to 0 when not specified in genesis config
  (required for older genesis files without Durango upgrade timestamp)
- Use unique standalone database paths per chain (/tmp/chaindata/{chainID})
  to prevent database conflicts when multiple subnet VMs run concurrently
