genesis-active 0x9999 puts the precompile marker in every genesis, so the genesis hash changes (correct for a first-run, always-on network): TestSkipPostMergeFields GenesisHash 0x3f4f->0x5609, TestGenesisBlockForTesting 0x517c->0x4e97. Also fix pre-existing TestUpstreamParamsValues drift: Lux raises MaxCodeSize to 64KB (65536) and MaxInitCodeSize to 2x (131072) vs Ethereum's 24576 — the test asserted stale Ethereum values. params + core-genesis now GREEN. REMAINING (not merged): the snapshot-recovery tests (TestRestartWithNewSnapshot ...) fail — a geth snapshot-engine limitation with a non-empty genesis (block[N] of the snapshot disk layer goes missing on restart). genesis-active EXPOSES it (marker makes genesis non-empty) but does not cause it; it's a foundational geth-engine fix.
