@libp2p/webrtc imports @ipshipyard/node-datachannel/polyfill which
requires native C++ compilation. Stub provides ESM+CJS exports for
both main and polyfill subpaths with no-op WebRTC classes. Also
ignores pnpm-lock.yaml in cspell and copies stubs dir in Dockerfiles.
