- Redesign NetworkOverview homepage with Blockscout Stats, LatestBlocks, and LatestTxs alongside P-chain network stats and chain cards - Add ChainSwitcher dropdown to TopBar for switching between C-Chain, Zoo, Hanzo, SPC, and Pars explorer instances - Create /chains/[slug] chain detail page with chain info, validators, subnet chains, and stats (modeled after Avalanche L1 Details) - Make ChainsPage rows clickable with links to chain detail pages - Register /chains/[slug] route in all metadata/analytics files
