zeekay 069792ee93 fix: correct font name from 'Geist Sans' to 'Geist' and add SVG favicon ...

Google Fonts registers the font as 'Geist', not 'Geist Sans'. The CSS
font-family mismatch caused the font to never load, falling back to
system sans-serif. Also adds an SVG favicon with the triangle icon
(SVG favicons take priority over PNG/ICO in modern browsers).
