Every test in this repo failed to link on macOS: 283 duplicate SQLite symbols. The module required an ORM no source file imports, and it brought a second copy of the C amalgamation alongside the driver's own. Nothing here used it. With it gone the suite runs on the same driver the indexer and explorer load, which is the point — one copy of SQLite per binary, and one driver across the stack.
