feat(docs): migrate to fumadocs-ui with Tailwind CSS v4
...
- Replace @hanzo/mdx with fumadocs-core, fumadocs-mdx, fumadocs-ui
- Update all components to use fumadocs imports
- Upgrade to Tailwind CSS v4 with @tailwindcss/postcss
- Update Next.js to 15.5.9 (patched version)
- Add fumadocs-ui CSS imports and theme configuration
