typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler, so this is a pin and not a second toolchain. explorer/app (@luxfi/explorer-app, new typecheck script, tsc --noEmit): 0 diagnostics before and after. Its lockfile was missing and is committed with the pin. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
