zeekayandHanzo Dev 5dd6ecc90d deps: drop poisoned luxfi/threshold v1.9.4 pin → v1.12.0 ...

The v1.9.4 tag was re-cut upstream; its content no longer matches the
recorded go.sum hash (checksum mismatch). Bump the indirect pin to the
clean v1.12.0 tag so the poisoned version leaves the module graph.
