SUBMISSION: bump revision date to 2026-06-05

Aligns cover-sheet revision date with the submission-2026-06-05 cut.
Spec PDF is built fresh per cut by scripts/build.sh and bundled into
the tarball at cut-time (PDF is gitignored — generated artifact).
