The site is a bundle on disk. The declaration is now the staticFiles Middleware that serves it, the route that names it, and the endpoint-less Service the route schema requires; there is no image, so the chart renders no Deployment. Verified on this cluster: the edge answers from the kubernetescrd router with no pod behind it, so this file opts back in to automated sync.
