zeekayandHanzo Dev 9e0b310ea1 fix(e2e): drop visor.lux.network — removed from Lux surface (white-label)
visor.lux.network was a Hanzo-branded, broken dev-build with an invalid cert
on a lux.network domain — DNS record deleted, no business on a Lux surface.
Remove the visor.lux.network describe block from lux-cloud.spec.ts.

While here, correct the two false-alarm specs so they don't re-fire:
- exchange: hard-assert the canonical exchange.lux.network (200); the lux.exchange
apex becomes a soft, safebrowse-SNI-filter-tolerant check (env-dependent TLS
failure is not an infra defect — apex is healthy at the edge, 301s here).
- api.lux.financial (18-broker): assert canonical /v1/health (200) + /v1/bank/*
  (401, mounted & auth-guarded) instead of '/' (404 by design for a Hanzo Base
app). Never assert /api/* — foreign to this backend and the /v1/ convention.
